Project Phases
To ensure you are delivered the product you are expecting and to avoid project delays and time/cost increases, we will take a staged approach for this project.
The following are the stages to be taken.
Stage 1 – Information Review
Client sit down to ensure all components and work flow are covered
Review report samples (if applicable)
Define fields and all points of the project
Stage 2 – Templates
Provide client non function GUI mockups of design and work flow for signoff
Stage 3 - Functional Programming
Based on approval of the GUI mockups, our team will provide the logic and function to make the program work as required
Stage 4 – End Users Acceptance Testing (UAT)
After our internal testing and quality assurance (QA), the client will have 2 weeks to test all functions of the website including live (demo) data. The first stage of UAT will be to sign off on the e-commerce. Once completed our team will apply for certification of e-commerce and work in parallel to the clients testing of other functions
Stage 5 – Changes based on UAT – if necessary
Stage 4 and 5 will repeat until satisfied with product based on deliverables
Stage 6 - Go live and client launch
